Meet The Team
At Terra Nova, we are very fortunate to have an outstanding team of therapists and practitioners offering premier services. Here is a little about each of our team members:
Manual Osteopathic Practitioner
While growing up in a small community on her family farm, Jodi exhibited a strong zest for life, excellent work ethic and a desire for personal growth. Jodi's quest for entrepreneurial opportunity matches her husband, Pete's. Pete owns and operates a successful modern, robotic cow dairy in Oxford county along with their five children.
After graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydro Therapy in 1993, Jodi became a successful entrepreneur with her massage therapy clinic. Later in her career she upgraded her education with a 5 year program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto, Ontario, graduating in 2009.
Jodi utilized her love of horses, massage therapy and osteopathy to develop a 4 day Equine sports massage therapy program, which she taught several times a year for 23 years. Jodi is an advocate for regular exercise and participates in many sports such as running, strength training, cycling and downhill skiing.
Outside of family, Jodi's first love was her horses. She competed on a competitive level both local and nationally. Her vast experience with horses and her knowledge of therapy gave her the joy of treating both competitors and their equine partners to maximize their performance levels.
Jodi truly values her connection with people. She treats a wide range of clients from young children to seniors and takes great effort to identify and treat their specific needs. Jodi has a very positive outlook on life and enjoys working with people to encourage positive mindsets in those around her. Jodi is extremely pleased to be bringing Terra Nova Therapy to East Zorra Tavistock just North of Woodstock and all their services it will provide. She is committed to creating a unique therapeutic place for people to seek therapy of all kinds with the promise to grow more than imaginable! So please keep checking in to see what is being done over the next few years!
